Exchange Your Item
We want you to love every PROF piece. If something doesn't fit right, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
How It Works
STEP 1
Contact Us
Email us at profstoree@outlook.com or call 01021210101 within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.
STEP 2
Prepare Your Item
Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Place it in its original packaging if possible.
STEP 3
Ship It Back
We'll provide you with a return address. Ship the item back at your own cost (exchange shipping is free on orders over EGP 150).
STEP 4
Receive Your Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll ship out your requested replacement within 2–3 business days.
Exchange Conditions
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Original packaging included if possible
- Exchange request within 7 days of delivery
- No exchanges on final sale or discounted items
- Exchange for same product in different size/color only
